folks, this is the HCG Cookbook ya gotta
have if you are gonna do this Protocol. It
makes ALL the difference in the world as to
how easy it will be to stay on the menus
without getting bored. This lady has a real
talent so get your copy before they get even

pay for and this book is well worth it! You
will feel like a gourmet chef and quite
pampered when enjoying your meals. It will
also make it easier for you to convince your
family to eat what you are eating...just
give them larger quantities, cuz they will
want bunches!

e-book out and use it as a folder for all your
hCG notes as well. It even has one of my

YouTube Group of folks who have, like me, made
video logs of their journeys on the Simeons /
hCG Protocol. You can join, too, even if you
haven't made a video, cuz it's also for folks
who are simply interested!
Loads of Information is here when you join and
subscribe to the digest. Plus the files are filled with great advice. And you can check out the photos for Before &
After inspiration. BUT please use caution if you decide to post
here or on any forum. Keep in mind that people
can be very harsh and unforgiving should you
disagree with them or make a statement that they
don't agree with. This forum has a history of
pouncing on people like a pack of wild dogs on
occasion. My advice is to use the forum for

These folks are
in South America doing research on hCG for
obesity. They are experts and this page explains
many of the strange rulings on the use of hCG
for obesity. Can you say 'Conspiracy Theory'? I
think so. Too many billions of $$$ in it for
FDA, Big Pharma (they sell way to many other

your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR); the number of
