This is a

Yahoo Group forum in one place with easy to find
categories of information you need. I even got a
credit for my contributions! So you may want to
start your research here.

subscribe to the digest.
Plus the files are filled with great advice.

BUT please use caution if you decide to post
here or on any forum. Keep in mind that people
can be very harsh and unforgiving should you
disagree with them or make a statement that they
don't agree with. This forum has a history of
pouncing on people like a pack of wild dogs on
occasion. My advice is to use the forum for

for obesity. Can you say 'Conspiracy Theory'? I
think so. Too many billions of $$$ in it for
FDA, Big Pharma (they sell way to many other
pharmaceuticals to obese people who have related
illnesses to be for something that really

when sleeping. The BMR Calculator will calculate
your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR); the number of
calories you'd burn if you stayed in bed all
day.
This will come in handy for Phase 3 & 4: you
will have an idea of how many calories you will
need to adhere to in order to maintain within
the 2 lb limit!
