Here are Mixing Instructions for Injections.  Please keep in mind that I do not advocate injections, but much prefer Sublingual Dosing for the following reasons:

• No requirement to have 'skip' days once/week.  (I know some folks using injections have reported having to deal with some hunger issues on those skip days and I prefer not to experience that!)
• No risk of immunity, therefore can have P2 as long as you want (though longer than 45 days is not recommended)
• No hassles with sterility issues
• No risk of pain of injection
• No risk of infection at injection site (although rare)
• Use less vials, needles & syringes
• Can mix using Sheepra Silver to preserve mix for longer periods of time reducing the frequency of mixing
• No significant difference in weight release rate

• If you have over 100 pounds to lose: you should get at least three 5000 IU orders at once, which will take you through about 3 rounds of Phase 2, and you'll release anywhere from 10 to 30 pounds each round.

It's cheaper to get it all at once since you pay the same amount for shipping and handling and then you'll have a good supply and won't have to worry about FDA and Customs once you get it. If you're worried about doing something illegal, don't. It's not illegal, but without a prescription the FDA or Customs may (rarely) send you a letter stating that it was confiscated.  Simply don't respond, since if you don't have a prescription you won't get it anyway. Just send a copy of the letter to the pharmacy and they'll issue a new order for you. It's that easy!

MIXING

Note: The decision to do 125IU or 175IU is greatly a result of experimentation.  It is different for everyone.  Keep in mind that higher dosages increase risk of immunity. 

Please Also Note: For injection administration with the insulin syringes from the Sheepra Shoppe that go into the fat layer (subcutaneous injection), you would want 175 to 200 IU per day.
The best way to proceed is to start at 175.  If you load properly, but begin to experience physical (not emotional) hunger (you will be able to tell the difference), you may up the dose to 200.  I don't recommend more than 175.  The thing is, it appears that the more you increase over 200 IU, the lower your release rate will be, though that seems odd.  But that is the experience of most folks.

Note About PreMix hCG: This liquid form of hCG is already hydrated and requires 1 ml less of diluent (Bacteriostatic Water).  Skip steps with (*) when using this form.

If you want 125 IU daily

(with 5000 IU ampoule of hCG and IntraMuscular Needle):

1. Dispose of the glass ampoule of liquid Sodium Chloride that came with your hCG.  It is for mixing for dosing when prescribed for fertility and does not apply to our procedure.

2. Using an alcohol pad, wipe & sterilize the rubber stoppers of your amber mixing vial and the vial of hCG (if it is in a vial and not a glass ampoule).

3. Draw 3 ml of air from your 10 ml vial into a 3 ml syringe & inject into the ambient air to relieve pressure in the vial in readiness for the mixture.  Repeat twice for a total of 9 ml air removed from vial.

4. Inject 9 ml of air into the Bacteriostatic Water vial with 3 ml syringe.

5. While needle is still inside the Bacteriostatic Water vial upon last insertion of air, Withdraw 7.0 ml of bacteriostatic water (this will take two and 1/3 syringes full: 3 ml + 3 ml + 1 ml) into the syringe and add to the empty 10ml Amber Mixing Vial.

6. If you have an all glass ampoule (Organon uses these) open the ampoule.  This works best with the Ampoule Opener, as the ampoule is a little glass bottle shaped like a milk bottle. It breaks easily at the small of it, but with the ampoule opener you have less of a possibility of having glass shatter or cutting yourself.  Otherwise, proceed to step 7.

7. *If your hCG came in a rubber stoppered vial, using a 1 ml syringe, with the plunger all the way down inject into rubber stopper of vial of hCG.  Remove 1 ml of air from vial & inject into ambient air.  Otherwise proceed to step 8.

8. *Inject 1 ml of air into the bacteriostatic water vial. 

9. *Draw 1ml of bacteriostatic water into a 1 ml syringe.

10. *VERY GENTLY add bacteriostatic water to the vial of hCG with the syringe by trickling down the inside of the vial (not shooting directly into the hCG powder) and swirl it just a little to make sure it mixes. (Don’t shake!)

11. If you had to break a glass ampoule to access the hCG, put the filter needle on the 3 ml syringe.  Otherwise, use a regular needle. Draw the hCG/Bacteriostatic Water mixture out of the hCG ampoule/vial received from pharmacy.

12. If using a filter needle (for hCG in all glass ampoules), remove the filter needle and discard properly.  Replace the filter needle with a regular needle.

13. VERY GENTLY Add the hCG/Bacteriostatic Water mixture to your 10 ml Amber Sealed Sterile Mixing Vial. When adding water to the hCG or to the sealed amber vial, make sure you gently add it to the side of the bottle so it flows or the product will foam.  hCG is a very delicate protein that can be easily broken down by physically being torn apart through less than gentle handling. Also make sure you don’t touch the side of any of the bottles with the needle for sterile reasons.

You will then have approximately 8 ml of hCG medicine.

You will inject 0.2 ml or 2/10 ml daily which will be 125 IU/day.  While giving injections please don’t forget to draw back on the syringe after plunging the needle to make sure you’re not in a vein.

This will result in approximately 40 injections.

If you want 175 IU daily

(with 5000 IU ampoule of hCG, subcutaneous injection):

Do everything the same as described above except you will

• withdraw 7.57 ML of Bacteriostatic Water (if you have premixed liquid hCG; otherwise use 8.57 ml Bacteriostatic Water) and

• add it to the 1ml of hCG (or hCG powder) . Then you will inject .3 ml daily and it will be 175 IU. This will only last through around 29 injections/days instead of 40.

If you want 175 IU daily

(with 2000 IU ampoule of hCG):

Do everything the same as described above except you will

• withdraw 1.3 ML of bacteriostatic water (if you have premixed liquid hCG; otherwise use 2.3 ml Bacteriostatic Water)and

• add it to the 1ml of hCG (or hCG powder). Then you will inject .2 ml daily and it will be 175 IU. This will only last through around 11.5 injections/days instead of 40.

Margot is mixing for 160 IU, and uses a lot more Bacteriostatic Water as well as storing in the Bac Water vial, but I don't recommend this because it is easier to inject a smaller amount of more highly concentrated solution.  This is an excellent demonstration, although I advise changing the volumes to match the written instructions above.  Also, please consider using an ampoule opener and filter needles if you get your hCG in an all glass ampoule as shown in this video to avoid getting glass powder in your mix!

Injection Steps

1. Understand that a hypodermic needle is nothing more than a precision-tapered steel tube that has been bonded onto a steel or plastic funnel. Notice how the needle tapers and keep this in mind when next you inject. Before you do any of the following make sure you wear disposable gloves to protect from infection.
2. You may want to put an ice cube or freezer pack on the area to be injected to minimize pain.  I have found that 6 minutes works best.  I usually place the alcohol pad (see step # 4) under the freezer pack to keep it sterile where I will inject.
3. Before you even think of injecting, inspect the needle and ensure that it is sharp and that the point is not damaged in any way. 
4. For an intradermal or a subcutaneous injection (recommended) disinfect the area around the intended site of injection with alcohol pad and do the same for your fingers and thumbs.
   It is important that you use the recommended areas of the body for injection, as they will help ensure proper delivery of the medication to your system. Subcutaneous injections should be administered to the lower abdomen, the upper and outer side quadrant of the thigh, the upper and outer quadrant of the buttock, or the upper outer arm. Because repeated injections are required, and the skin may become red and tender, you should move the exact location about two inches from the previous injection site but still within the desired area and/or rotate injection sites.
5. To minimize pain, allow alcohol to dry before proceeding with injection (about 1 minute; I take the freezer pack off along with the alcohol pad at this point).
6. Pull all the way back on the plunger, filling the syringe with 50 units of air.
7. Insert the syringe needle into the rubber stopper of the hCG mixture vial and push the plunger to inject air into the vial.
8. Turn the vial upside down, keeping the needle inside and making sure the tip is below the level of the medication.
9. Draw up the correct quantity of the hCG mixture slowly, allowing the fluid to fill the syringe.  
10. Remove the syringe from the bottle and flick it GENTLY with your finger to remove air bubbles. Push the plunger up to expel air, being careful not to lose any medication.  NOTE: If you have difficulty with this step and find that you need to re-insert the needle into the mixture, slowly return the fluid to the mixture vial and start over with another syringe.  Otherwise, the needle will be blunted from overuse and it won't be pleasant (understatement!) when you attempt to inject into skin.
11. You may want to warm the syringe for a few minutes (5-6) by holding it under your arm pit, replacing the protective cap over the needle, so that the solution won't be cold when injected.  This helps to minimize pain.
12. Hold the syringe about 20 to 25 mm (3/4 to 1 inch) from the front of the barrel, where the needle has been fitted onto it, between the thumb and forefinger of your working hand.
13. Rotate the syringe so that the taper of the needle is on one side: it must not be on top or beneath the needle. 
14. Relax the muscles in the area to be injected.
15. Another tip to minimize pain: Don’t change the direction of the needle as it goes in or comes out.
16. Insert it nearly straight in, with only a slight angle (~10 degrees) quickly, smoothly and surely into the skin and continue forward until the needle has penetrated completely.
17. Use the thumb and forefinger of your "off" hand to hold the front of the syringe, so that your working hand can move back to the plunger.
18. Pull back on the plunger to ensure that you have not hit a blood vessel. If the syringe does not draw up blood, slowly depress the plunger. If it does, remove the needle and and start over at another site.
19. Once the dose has been administered, wait about 30 seconds to allow the hCG to be absorbed, then press down adjacent to the site of the injection and withdraw the needle quickly, but gently.
20. Gently massage the injection site with the alcohol pad to assist the hCG in being absorbed.
21. Immediately put the syringe and needle into the proper disposal container. Ideally, this should be a Sharps Container.

Call Your Doctor If Any of the Following Occurs:

• The injection site continues to bleed
• There is a lot of pain
• You inject the medicine into the wrong area
• You get a rash around the injection site
• You develop a fever or experience signs of allergic reaction

I hope this helps you.

You may go through some cleansing periods but they go away within a day or 2.  Serious symptoms don't, and that’s how you can tell the difference.
