Before photos at 212 lbs...ick!

& AFTER 32 VLCDs (2/3 through R1P2) I weighed 190 lbs. Still 60 lbs to go, but better.

& AFTER another 21 Day Phase 2 of VLCDs (Round 2) I weighed 173.2 lbs. Approx halfway to goal!

& AFTER a 22 Day Phase 2 (Round 3), I weighed 163.2 lbs. Only 31 lbs to go!!!

& AFTER Most of Round 4 (VLCD Day 19), I weighed 157.1 lbs. New suit!

& AFTER Round 5 (21 Day P2), I weighed 150.4 lbs. Not a big diff, but happy!
