I feel great! I even had a new strange experience yesterday - a business acquaintance actually was flirting with me ( I am 50 years old!) -I swear he wanted to ask me out dancing but I avoided it as I am happily married - but I did feel flattered. Just wanted to thank you again (personally) for all of your advice, encouragement, resources, recipes, etc. etc., actually, everything you do for us!! I originally purchased my initial supply of hCg out of state (flew there as I couldn't find a clinic where I live who did the protocol) and paid over $1,900 to learn the protocol and get my first set of supplies, etc. Since then I found your site since I needed some sort of resource once I got back home. I've just purchased what I hope will be my last round of hCg from Reliable Pharmacy and I have to say, this source of the product at $19 works MUCH better than what I paid $1,900 for! I had my first HCG coaching session with Shalom yesterday and it was awesome!  I love that she prayed with me before and after the session.  You just don't find that often enough.  She listened to my questions, provided great answers, guided me to different sites for further information, laughed and helped me understand better.  Great wisdom!  She is very friendly and I felt like I had known her for years. Just wanted to comment on how much value you find here at this site. I have found answers to several questions that I couldn't find anywhere else like how to mix for SubQ injections and what to do if you are experiencing menopause. But that's not all I have thrown a few life lines in Shalom's direction and she has promptly answered all my questions. I am positive that I will use her as a coach if I run into any further difficulties. Hey it's a lot cheaper than spending $1000.00 at a clinic! I just ordered my HCG today, thru your site – thank you SO much for the guidance on that! I was so overwhelmed in figuring out what to do, that if it hadn’t been for your guidance, it would have been many more days before I would have gotten it done.        I've been asked to post how I got to this point.  I went to a women's Bible study and after it a women mentioned "since I lost all that weight" (83lbs.) I asked how did you lose it? She explained the Hcg injections and so forth.  I got very interested. That was Thurs., on Sat I went to get my hair cut and waiting I sat next to a lady who mentioned her loseing weight, I asked how she lost it, she said Hcg! Wow, something I had never heard of all within 3 days.  I prayed about whether I should do it and asked the Lord to help me get more info and give me a go ahead if it was good. Low and behold I stumbled across Sheepra singing a praise song and talking about the sublingual which is what I was interested in and to top it off, a sublingual without alcohol, because my son is going to do it and he is an ex-alcoholic and I didn't want him to have a bottle of alcohol  tempting him. Just listening to all Sheepra said on alot of her videos just confirmed it.  So here I am waiting for my supplies and Hcg! I'm excited, a little scared but hopeful. For all you people out there who trust in the brain God gave us but also "lean not only to our own understanding but in all our ways acknowledge Him and allow Him to direct our paths" Can probably relate.

I'd been searching everywhere to find someone who'd had long term (5 years or more) success but couldn't find anyone anywhere. Good morning and God Bless everyone today!  I am Amy B. and I am a recovering compulsive eater.  I have just started the HCG protocol and today is day 3!  I am grateful not to be gorging today as that goes against everything a "dieter" knows...not to mention I was very uncomfortable in my own skin from eating SO MUCH FOOD!  I am so grateful that this protocol will give me the opportunity to fine tune my relationship with my savior.  I have allowed food, for way too long, to be God to me.  This protocol will undoubtedly bring me closer to HIM as I have to maintain conscious contact with him throughout each day in order to succeed with a VLCD.  Thank you for this forum and the opportunity to share what I am experiencing with you all. The past few days have been remarkable for me.  I had lost an amazing 247 lbs. about 4 years ago and, unfortunately, I allowed the death of a brother and parent to send me into a tailspin and caused an 80 lb regain.   I have done some serious soul searching and I realize that neither the two of them, nor any living member of my family can make me into the person that I know I can and will be.  I received my hcg  on Sunday and started this protocol first thing Monday.  The weight is one issue but the fact that I know I am in control of my caloric intake and my well-being is another.   I feel so good inside and I feel in control for the first time in a very long time.  Thank you.  I kept going back to your website and I knew I could succeed when I read other people's comments.  I will keep you posted.  Again.  Thank you for being there for the many of us that needed to know. 

I found Shalom's coaching to be indispensable to my HCG diet experience.  I was very nervous in the beginning about what to expect and how to make sure I'm doing it exactly right. Shalom's kits and instructions are very easy to follow.  I chose to get coaching via e-mail.  It worked out great for me.  I really do not have the time for a telephone consult.  I was able to gather my questions together and address as many topics as I needed in one e-mail and I always received very thorough answers to everything.  

I am really appreciative for Shalom's site.  It has an abundance of info to help one carry out the protocol with ease.  Shalom has a very encouraging, uplifting spirit and it was great to work with her.  I lost 20 lbs on my first round.  I look & feel great.  I will do one more round after Christmas and look forward to utilizing Shalom's help again.

Just a word to thank you for all the wonderful advice I got from you personally as well as what I found at your site. When I first considered hcg in May I was really reluctant to start because of a miserable experience I had with it many many years ago. I lost weight but I was miserable and depressed the whole time. I remember experiencing a lot of hunger the first 10 days or so. You were so kind to me. You encouraged me to start again. You gave me great sublingual information. Even though I am not needle shy I wanted to go straight through until I had lost 80 lbs and I thought the needles would get tiresome after a while. So I opted for sublingual. I also opted for the same dose you suggested. I have not had one day of hunger. None. And that was a biggie for me. I started in mid May at 242 lbs. I took off two weeks to go out of town. Today is about day 105 of treatment and I am down 58 lbs. Hard to believe. So I think I will keep going until I have lost 80 lbs or immunity sets in. Whichever comes first. I am bigger than I want to be but within the range of what normal people look like for the first time in many years. I send many people to your site. Many vegetarians who have nowhere else to go for information. Dr. Simeons has very little help to offer in his paper to people who do not want to eat meat. But you do.  I had a 30 minute session with sheepra and it ended up lasting about 40 min! lol...it was great! Worth every penny! I recommend writing down all your questions on a piece of paper before she calls you.
It's easier and quicker, you might forget your questions if you don't write them down before.
All my questions were answered with great detail! She's very nice, and by the time your done with the coaching you'll feel so confident to have all your questions answered, and it makes the protocol so much easier!
I recommend if you have a few questions you are not sure of and want good detailed answers schedule a session with Sheepra!

 Just a note to let folks know that the protocol has worked for me. I too worried it wouldn't "take", but it has! my 25lb lose has maintained. My weight fluctuates between 128 and 131 depending on my activities the day before, but I am starting to notice that regularly the scale will sit on 129.7 for days w/o fluctuation.
I would just like to share that this process was a COMMITMENT I made to myself and no it wasn't "fun" what diet is! Easy? if you tell yourself your are going to do and eat "exactly" this for "this" amount of time, then it's not THAT BAD! If you are a person w/ no will power, self determination or able to commit to things, yes you will probably be miserable.
I eat what I want, I try not to eat after 6 (most times) and restrict my carbs at dinner (most times) except maybe like ones listed on the Phase 3 allowed list that burn more by eating than have calories. And it works! for me....
The 2 most important and difficult lessons God gave me to learn; and I still work at them ALLLLL the time!; are FAITH AND PATIENCE. Have faith that he will not give you more than you can handle; God brought you to this protocol; he shows you (thru Sheepra) exactly what to do. Just be patient, it will come.

Shalom, I had to post I have followed your story on you-tube and it inspired me to give HCG a try! Your web site here is really nice with lots of great info!

I was classified as overweight at 160lbs at 5'4". I have been trying to get the extra weight off with so many different diets. Even though I did have a good eating habits ( ate alot of organic and cooked from scratch) I still reamained overweight plus I also exercised, and  for so many years could only maybe loose 5-8 lbs after months of trying. I really thought loosing weight was impossible for me!
I have done one round of HCG 125u injections and went from 160lbs to 132lbs. I did this in less than a month of injections and I am currently maintaining great. I do plan on doing another round soon to get to my goal weight of 115. I know I will achieve this without any problem on my next round of injections!
On the HCG I did not feel hungry. That was a concern for me with only 500 calories I thought I would feel terrible.  I would say maybe the first week I felt a little blah somewhat but after that I felt good with lots of energy. The weight came off in the right spots. My loss of inches on my stomach are an incredible 8 inches! If feels great to not know there is hope and not be focused on being overweight!    'Febby'

I just started HCG and have lost 7 1/2 lbs the first week!!!  I wanted to add that there was an extra bonus for me.  I stopped smoking after 25 years only to restart in 2004 when my husband went to Iraq.  I again was trying to quit and would succeed for maybe a week and then right back on it.  As soon as I started HCG all my smoking cravings disappeared!!! I am so amazed that I have been doing the injections for a week and also haven't smoked or thought about it either.  Just wanted to share this info to any smokers out there who want to lose weight and quit smoking......

I also wanted to thank her for having this forum and maintaining it so that the questions and answers are available to all who search. We all have the desire to succeed. This being the case, running into situations that confuse a person crop up and even if the answer is a simple one, it becomes difficult because weight loss is such a deeply personal issue. It is wonderful to have a place to come at such times of confusion to ask a question (or research in the archives) and get an answer from someone can who has the experience and who can remain objective.
